I plan to add another hard drive to my DIM 4600, I was wondering if I should
also pick up a 80 ide ribbon? Was it installed already by Dell. I haven't
opened up the box yet, but I hate to tear apart my desk set-up until I have
to. I would appreciate any help in this matter.

I needed and 80 pin cable and a mounting bracket for my 3000. You probably
will need both. Try Google and look on eBay.
