Optiplex GX1 smart message

I have the subject computer which gives a message that the hard drive is
failing and I should replace it. I wish to run it until it fails without the
"Press F1 to continue" message coming up on every startup. Any way to get
rid of it? Maxblast says there is nothing wrong with the drive.

Thanks
