Yep. My experience with them delivering or picking up parts is that they
don't play. They once delivered (replacement parts) and picked up (failed
parts going back to Dell) within 6 hours at my place.

I live on the largely rural edges of a small town 35 miles from the nearest
metro. I find that kind of service pretty remarkable.
