Dell Diagnostics - Help Please....

My customer has recently been experiencing the 0x07B
Inaccessible_Boot_Error on their Dell PowerEdge 1600SC server.

I have recovered this once by running CHKDSK /r (I think) from the
original Windows 2000 SBS CD however, I understand that this is not
always guaranteed to work each time so if it ocurs again, the data
could still be at risk.

Among other things, I want to run Dell Diagnostics on the server and I
must quote the customer for these works. The problem is, I have never
used Dell Diagnostics before and I have absolutely no idea how long,
even approximately, Dell Diagnostics can take to run.

I'm in no doubt that this is a 'How Long Is A Piece Of String?' type
question but can anyone give me any clues please??

The hard disk is 12 GB.
