I did check Crucial prior to my post. They don't carry RDRAM. No luck there. Thanks anyway Cathy.

I have 384MB of RDRAM and I would like to upgrade.

I currently have:

Samsung MR16R0828BN1-CG6 600-45 (2x128). Non ECC I believe. This was an upgrade from Dell about 2-3 years ago.

Toshiba THMRIN4E-6 600-53 (2x64) Non Ecc I believe. Original memory that shipped with the 8100.

I would like to replace the Toshiba with another 512MB (2x256) of Samsung memory. Im having a hard time finding the exact Samsung Module number(MR16R0828BN1-CG6). Do I have to be so strict in my search? Any brand/module recommendations would greatly be helpful.
