may not be a firewall.
i ran into this recently.
create a password for the user on the 3000, should not be a blank password.
then when you connect to the shared printer, it will prompt for user and password. after that it should work.

I've done all that + set up the home network, but there's no connection to the printer. I think there's something wrong: in My network, I can only see the router, not the other computer and not the shared folders. Any suggestions?
