I just ordered a more-or-less higher end XPS 400. I got through the
corporate EPP program and it includes a three year XPS warranty. From what
I have read Dell has a dedicated group to handle XPS issues, of course this
group could be located in Pakistan rather than India. Someone else here may
have better information about the "dedicated XPS support".
