New HD isn't showing

Bought an OEM Samsung SpinPoint hard drive. Connceted the power cable on
the same "line" as the OS drive. Bought a SATA 150 cable today to connect
to the motherboard. Entered the BIOS and enabled the hard drive, saved
changes and exited. Restarted Windows. Hard drive is not listed/seen in My
Computer When I enabled the drive (connector #1) in the BIOS, it didn't
list the drive details like I noticed was with the OS drive. However, the
drive IS listed in Device Manager, with the correct drive name...Samsung
SP1614C. I've got the new hdd connected just like the OS drive. Also,
Hardware Wizard didn't detect new hardware. There are some additional
connections on the new drive that aren't on the original one. Shouldn't
this Dim 8400 w/XP SP2 support auto detect anyway? There's no mention of
jumper configuration on the drive or the tiny *** of directions (which
I've followed) Would someone PLEASE help :o Here is the link, again, to a
picture of the new drive. Is there something else I need? This photo shows
the drive without the SATA cable connected.
