Today I reached 11 month and can't believe I made it that far. Now I
am not far from OF anymore.

Here is where my journey into a smoke free life started and I thank
everyone for being on my site for so long and helping me to remain
quit.

The urges come and go and the cravings are not as strong anymore as it
used to be. I can go for days without thinking about smoking. Its
mainly now the stress that triggers the urges but I know enough skills
to deal with stress in a non smoking way. Feels nice.

As far as running goes I was a bit lazy but will start exercising more
regularly next week. Or maybe go for a short run tomorrow.

I will post here as long as it excists as this is my home. But I like
FB too.

Eleven months, 4 hours, 49 minutes and 33 seconds. 3342 cigarettes not
smoked, saving $1,403.64. Life saved: 1 week, 4 days, 14 hours, 30
minutes.

One of the greatest success stories I've seen since I got here.
Maybe you have reached the end of the tunnel, and you are the light?

Carmen, you are indeed the light. I can't believe that you and Becky
are so close to OF. I am so tender-hearted towards both of you, so
greatly tender-hearted. BRAVA!
