I finally feel better, hence I am checking in.
The last weeks have been difficutl, I felt constantly tiered and could
sleep all day long and than my mood dropped too. Than weeks of
isolation followed and I didn't know what to say or do. I just didn't
feel part of anything. But somehow it felt different this time not
Turned out that it was caused by a Thyroid problem and I have to take
more meds. The frustrating part is that one day I am okay and the next
day my mood drops. Well luckily this time it wasn't depression and the
Thyroid can be fixed.
Today was the first day where I had some energy, finally was able to
study and even go for a run, this feels nice. And with all this I
didn't smoke. I am not really having smoking urges but my mind starts
to wonder what a cig tastes like after so many month of not smoking.
well let the mind wonder and my meter grow.
sorry about all the milestones I missed, but I catched up with posts
and noticed you are all doing well. Donna and Becky great job you are
so doing it, and Pigsy you too. TimW focus on your quit its yours and
you are doing a good job.
