But beating an urge back is a beautiful thing. Today, there were very few
urges and only one that I'd consider strong. Regardless, I beat them into
submission and turned them into other energies; i.e., working on dinner,
clearing the table and cutting some fabric, etc.
Yesterday, the withdrawal was better than the day before and today is
better than yesterday and tomorrow is going to be even better.
So there you go - I'm a quitter. I have lots of days, weeks, months and
years ahead of me. They'll be lived one minute at a time and one
cigarette-
free day at a time.
Nicodemon be gone!
P.S. Happy Thanksgiving everyone!
One week, 20 hours, 12 minutes and 9 seconds, have passed since I smoked
my
last cigarette. That comes to approximately 156 stinky cancer sticks,
saving approximately $35.29, and 13 hours, 0 minutes of my life.

Things I used to do
1. wash my hands and face in clean cold water
2. forcibly exhale
3. clean things
4. go in my garage and kick something
QUITTING SMOKING IS THE BEST THING YOU CAN DO FOR YOURSELF
OK once I bathed with two bunny girls in a bathtub full of treacle it
came close but quitting was better
