Re: finally I can see a light on the end of the tunnel

WTG, Carmen! You sound good. The new running clinic sounds like a lot of
fun. What a great reward for your achievements in quitting smoking and
staying on track.

I think meds are starting to kick in. This morning was the first
morning where I didn't wake up in tears.
I had also planned to go for another run with the running club but was
very worried if I would be able to make it.

I signed up with a learn to run clinic so yesterday we run one minute
and one minute walk but somehow I felt bored with it, it wasn't
challenging. So the instructor offered me to go today for a higher
group starting with five minutes run and one minute walk in between
for four times. well that was challenging and I absulutly loved it.
The instructor is better much more funny and encouraging, the people
were nice too. I can't wait to do this again on Sunday. - I don't mean
to brag about it but I thought it was worht sharing it.

why didn't I think to go for a run earlier, before I got on meds maybe
I wouldn't have fallen down, or maybe its the other way around its the
meds that allow me to go for a run. Oh well, I am glad I was able to
do that and thankful that I quit smoking.

HQ today I was on the battlefield and succesfully defeated the enemy,
I realized that the enemy is not a friend of PT and would just hinder
me in training for a 5 km run by the end of the course (10 weeks).
Still staying at the MIR and taking it easy until full recovery.
