< Im sorry to hear about your exam. Can you retake it?>
no I can't retake, the only thing I can hope is that the teacher let me pass the class and even than it will be the lowest mark I ever had. So I am still thinking to retake the class.
smoking urges come and go, lots of times in the morning but they are not strong anymore and don't stay for long. I have now times where my first thought is not I need a smoke anymore. That feels nice .
Yes I was in the military and got medical released last year because of BP. I still miss it, I truly loved it. In the military we always had to follow order but at the same time had a lots of support and worked like a team, relying on each other In a way that is what my radio checks are, a reminder of what I can do and it has a lot of encouragement in it for me the way SteveS answered it back. His messages are powerful and often I think twice before I even get near smokes. I don't want to disappoint HQ again.

Im sorry to hear about your exam. Can you retake it?
this morning when I got up I had terrible smoking urges so I just kept busy.
Im glad you got thru them. How quickly do they pass for you? I really havent had many and the ones I have had were pretty mild and left quickly.
to make things worse I caught a virus last night when I was chatting
with one of my class mates. He send me a link and stupid me I clicked on it but the link didn't came from him. Now my computer is hijacked and acting weird. I know hubby can fix it but it will take time and today it's the wrong day for it. I have an exam in Access Database and needed to study for it. Oh well now I have to go early to school and do it at school. sucks but I know that smoking isn't going to make anything better.
Damn, dont you just hate when something gets in your computer and messes it up! I have had viruses lots of times. It sucks! Im glad your husband can fix it. I usually end up getting infected so bad that I have to completely wipe the hard drive and reformat the damn thing.
even my meter is acing weird it shows 9 month quit, dam this is frustrating.
I wonder how that happened.weird.
SteveS radio check wow I got promoted to Sergeant, having a hard time this morning but I know by now I am stronger than the enemy. I am safeguarding this quit with my life, will back report later radio check over
