I quit smoking November 18, 2006. It was hard and continues to be something
I have to stay on top of, but for all the trouble it is to quit, it is
worth it, I would never go back to being a smoker.

I honestly don't think I know more than 1 person who smokes on a regular
basis. It is passe :).I felt so poorly about myself as a smoker, very
critical, and I am glad to give that feeling up of constant criticism.
There are other rewards for quitting besides the obvious.

When I had a rough day, I just sat on my hands and didn't smoke and the
reasons would slowly start to stock up as well as my quit days,

I also ate cake, it helped a lot too!;)

Keep up the good work quitters, it is worth it!
