didn't do that today. I was a bit concerned this morning as I knew I would be around smokers but it wasn't a problem at all I had my chew gums and they had their smokes.

I had a big fight and lost my temper yesterday and even than it only occurred shortly to me that I needed a smoke. So far I didn't had any of the annoying mind games of "just one" or believing smoking makes things better. No hang in there time at all. I wished it would stay like this.
Today, is all day therapy day. Normally I smoke a lot on those days, we have smokers in the group, plus the day is a lot of stress, and I know today I still can. Well we will see how it goes. Right now I don't feel like smoking. Just enjoying my coffee and cookies for breakfast.
