enough is enough -- this time I quit because I want to quit, not because
someone else was bothering me.
I will speak with my medical team on Wednesday and see what can be done. So
I set the date for 01 July 2010. I will be going to Ottawa, that is a six
hour ride by train and no smoking on the train. And in Ottawa I am going to
meet my Hero, this should be enough help for the first days. There has to be
some hope that I can stay of this addiction.
