Hi all,
Heading towards DOF. A few smoking dreams here and there, but it's
getting way easier. More and more days where I don't even think about
smoking, or even feel the slightest inclination.
One thing that's really helping is my latest cardio-based gym program,
mostly interval-training exercises, which cranks up endorphin production
for the rest of the day.
So to anyone currently struggling to stay quit - I went through many
months where I thought life would never again feel quite as good without
a smoke. It was like my best friend had left, and I could go visit him
again, it would feel so good, but at such a huge cost.
Now, it's getting so easy. And it's feeling strange now to look at
smokers doing their thing.
Cheers
David

Good morning, David. You're on the right track for DOF. You haven't
lost a friend; you've gained your own life.
