I think that's the most of it right there.
The rehabs are looking at short term behavior that's almost guaranteed to be
short term destructive.
Alcohol is almost as cheaply available at the corner store as cigarettes,
and perfectly legal, so that part at least has some overlap.
That, and I think rehabs are just plain chicken-shit to take on nicotine
addiction because of the failure rate.
I think they should *start* with the cigarettes to make all the rest of the
substances look "easy" to get away from.
