I found Zyban to make a world of difference with the mood swings/
anxiety/psycological symptoms in general.

Hi

I'm not allowed Zyban as I'm already on an antidepressent for my depression
and anxety attacks so it's just something i'm going to have to deal with.
I'm just going to tell myself that it won't last forever and this is
something I really want
