Sudden craving

Was laying in bed the other night chatting to my wife and all of a sudden I had an almost overwhelming urge to have a smoke. It was the strongest urge I have experienced since quitting over 2 years ago. It didn't really trouble me because I knew it wouldn't last long, and in fact the urge passed within a few minutes. My wife asked me had someone offered me a smoke right then would I have taken it, and I was able to honestly state that I wouldn't. No way am I ruining my quit after all this time!
On a brighter note the last couple of days here in Essex, England, we have had warm wall to wall sunshine. Cyclists legs are beginning to show as the warmth encourages the use of shorts rather than tights. Mine are a lovely shade of white after the winter. A few sunny miles will soon put some colour into them.
All the best everyone!
Two years, two months, two weeks, four days, 8 hours, 20 minutes and 20 seconds. 24250 cigarettes not smoked, saving £2,829.22. Life saved: 12 weeks, 4 hours, 50 minutes.
