First things first. My Meter,

saved: 49 weeks, 5 days, 9 hours, 50 minutes.
And a good one it is.
My emphasema is keeping me from working. But I am not smoking.
Still think about it now and then, mostly, " Damn that guys cigerette
stinks!.
Carmen, you are so loved ! Every group going through here falls in
love with you. Come on Polar Bear, you are the best. I control my
bi Polar nature, partly by learning from you. Thank you for being
you. Iron Mike, Jef, thanks again for being you.
Look at my meter, and I thought cigerettes would kill me, now I may
get hit by a bus.
Wish I'd been able to bank my not smoked money. Well I would of
wasted it anyway.
Newbee's you can do it. I was smoking 3 to 5 packs a day. for 35
years. There is no magic. Change the your way of thinking from
"ciggerettes are my friend," to, " these smokes are killing me." Then
find reasons to not want to die.
Once again I post after shaking hands with Jim Beam.
I could not of quit without AS3. This group can help you!
Whew!
Change your thinking.
Take that to the bank.
