trying to focus on something else

first of all I would like to thank you all for the support. It helped me to get through another day, knowing I had to I owed you that much, at least a day of trying.
something in your replies opened my eyes and even so I always knew that it was like that, I was never fully aware of it and in denial.
but if I want to remain smoke free than it is time to face the truth and learn something new and it may hurt but I will be around whining, bitching, screaming and kicking until I have learned a new skill.
smoking has been always a big stress release for me, any kind of emotions = smoking, now I don't smoke but my mind is so used to smoking that I automatically think I am craving a cigarette, but as many pointed out its not the smoke I want, I think what I want is a way to release stress. I was very upset last night but instead of letting go and cry about it I let junky thinking take over making me believe is a smoke I wanted. But lucky I followed Dave's advice that I can't smoke when I post so I came here and saved my quit.
I really need to find ways to deal with the emotional roller coaster in a non smoking way. If other person's with Bipolar can stay smoke free so should I.

HQ: I am under fire by the enemy, I have pulled all the forces available but they are so strong. I need to focus more on physical exercise to fight the enemy off but need some energy back up. ODAAT needs repair too. But I should be okay for one more day.
