I hear ya, Mike. My loved one was very involved in supporting that
measure here recently. He even wrote a letter to the editor of the
local paper and got it published. Very proud of him for being so
outspoken when it comes to his rights. And you know he's got my
support 100%..... :-)

Not church weddings but equal legal standing so that there is no
inheritance tax to be paid if one spouse dies. Children would not
have to be adopted by each of he parents if they are involved. There
are over 1300 rights that automatically go to a couple when they marry
and no matter how hard a Gay couple works to cover them it is
impossible to get them all.
I simply ask, would you want to be second-class?
