Re: OT - Mac vs PC

Instead of taking 18 puffs of smoke, AZ spoketh upon us:

What you own is the best. It's almost the case. But, here I am
asking for opinions.

My Laptop (PC) is about to bite the big and die. I am driving myself
crazy researching on the internet.
Please give your opinion if you have a minute, as to which and why is
a better laptop, Mac or a PC. Everybody says: "It depends on how you
are going to use it" Well, honestly! I have no answer for that. I
use it for work a lot. Heavy internet use, and absolutely no games on
it. I do watch movies on it sometimes on long flights, and as for
music, my built in iPod on my iPhone does the trick, but I still have
over 4000 sons on it

I only have 2 reasons to stick to WIndows: the occasional game or two,
and the fact that I grew old with many programs I use on it.

But intimately, I hate it. And I hate giving money to a company that
bullied it's competition out of existence.

If those mean nothing to you, gor for the Mac with Mac OS
or
try a PC with Linux on it. Even if you decide that you don't like it,
you can always buy Windows later.
