I'd hoped to catch this right on the button, but it hard to be on top
of everything these days. Four years, six months, three weeks, three days, 14 hours, 17 minutes
and 56 seconds. 50027 cigarettes not smoked, saving $13,757.66. Life
saved: 24 weeks, 5 days, 16 hours, 55 minutes.

Thats 50,000 cigarettes I haven't smoked. Thats probably gallons of
tar and crap I haven't put in my lungs.

Many of you know I was in a serious accident in February. If I still
smoked I imagine thats all I would be doing now is sitting and
smoking. Its so easy to fall into that trap of letting cigarettes be
a solution when they aren't. I've been really proud of Carmen who is
one of my quit buddies. Despite everything thats been thrown at her
she never fails to get back to not smoking. She always takes
responsibilty for her actions and never gives up.

As an update the last scab fell of my legs, and I can walk a short
distance without crutches. My knees bend further and I can get out of
chairs easier. I'm not supposed to drive, but LOL I have. Don't
worry I won't be seen in traffic I'm not ready fo that. I'm starting
to get restless, its fishing season and the rivers are starting their
spring run off and I have an oar boat in need of an operator.
Hopefully good judgement will prevail, since I need someone to pickme
up at the bottom. Got some remodeling going on thanks to good
friends. Putting in a 60x42" walk in shower. Really looking forward
to that in the next week.
