something i found really good was positive affirmations, yeah i know it
sounds like mumbojumbo :)
i went wrong when i said to myself "i will not smoke tomorrow" that is a
negative affirmation, your subconscious removes 'not' ............yeah
....weird.......but it does, positive affirmations r like........
i love my lungs being smoke free
i will buy me the greatest holiday with the money i save
i want to be around non smokers
I'm a non smoker
and so on , (I'm no expert........)
the first time i tried to quit, i said lots of negative stuff to myself,
without realising it,
hope ya next quit is the one that sticks forever :)
you can do this
