It's a recipe! Sorry!
I got a package of frozen farm-raised catfish at least
a year ago and it's been sitting in my freezer since.
I thawed it out and decided to cook it.
It was really, really good. I pretty much followed
directions in Better Homes and Gardens, ,not for
catfish (too complicated) but for Pan-Fried Fish.
Easy. I just up'd the time a minute or two. I was cooking
potato pieces in the oven below. Just as good, and
warmed up this coldest house in Missouri, USA.
So, I'm just "full", and thinking about my AS3 friends.
Life is good, and I don't smell like catfish, maybe I do.
Thanks.

For Gods sake Jacks, you will be killing yourself. Was it not freezer
burned?
And don't tell us you did not smell like catfish - yuck, I can smell
you from here!
How's the dog?
Kiss the cows for me,
Love Lizzy
