were put in cheaply built trailers that held large concentrations of
formaldehyde, which is dangerous stuff, subjected to, it was said, up
to 30 times more than is safe for humans.

Victoria's Secret is currently under fire for allegedly putting
formaldehyde in their bras. For what purpose I do not know. However,
this may explain the horrible thing that happened to my daughter's
hands the day after she started working there. Her first assignment
was taking bras out of boxes and stocking the racks (shelf type racks
not chest racks thankyouverymuch). The skin just pealed off her hands
leaving them raw and ugly looking. She went to the doc who had no

Couldn't she have sued? Of course, a doctor would have to testify that
it was indisputably the formaldehyde that was the cause, and doctors are
notoriously unwilling (in Britain anyway) to commit themselves in court.
The bBC programme said the stuff is used in all kinds o f household

environment than fifty years ago, with unknown harmful elements all

She became a drug peddler??? Semi-legal?? Is this for real? No no,
perish the thought....

Yes, she is. Medical marijuana is legal in California, but the feds
take exception. She works in a cannabis club. So, she peddles drugs
that are state legal but not fed legal.

Good grief you have an interesting life! Everything you do is just a
little bit "different" than us mere mortals.

BTW, I have never understood why pot is illegal as a legitimate drug.
My sister used it in her fight against cancer to help nausea and
improve her appetite and mood. And when she was too sick to swallow
food, she could still inhale it. She couldn't obtain it legally,
though. It helps many people that way.
