This one's been achieved under somewhat trying circumstances (such is
life) but nonetheless, I'm very pleased to be here albeit briefly and
saying

Eight months, 16 hours, 42 minutes and 9 seconds. 2948 cigarettes not
smoked, saving £911.04. Life saved: 1 week, 3 days, 5 hours, 40
minutes.
