Re: Welcome FL Ev

Welcome, indeed, FL Ev! Do read and post here as much as you need.
You write your quit date is going to be next Friday, the 14th. What
options are you going to use to help make the quit achieveable? You
using an NRT? Do let us know as you can tell as you read the
newsgroup, we all support each other and are really focused on getting
smober regardless where else we ramble about off-topic at times. Do
check out www.quitbuddies.org as it has many useful tools there. Read
the FAQs which is our collective wisdom about getting smober. The
more you can understand the mental part of quitting the easier it is
to stay smober once you have gone though the 3~5 days to rid your body
from smoking.
