f- f- freezing here in north Texas: present outdoor temperature is
45 F at just after nine am.
It started yesterday and I had an appointment with the doctor and got
absolutely frozen in that bitter north wind, having ommitted to put on
my car coat.

However, on the positive side - these new blinds are making a fantastic
difference and I can see I'm going to save a
significant amount on my gas and electric bills from now on.
