I have a first date tonight. He smokes. I've been quit since Monday,

outside, I'm just worried that maybe I'll be temped to join him. I
don't _think_ I will, but do y'all have any tips on how to make _sure_
I'm not? Other than not going, of course. Which I considered, but I
really like this guy, and I'm lonely.
Be sure your commitment to not smoke is rock solid. Remind yourself
as many times as needed that you do NOT smoke. There's no will or
won't involved for a non-smoker like you.
In my personal opinion - if your date ditches you for even a few
mintues to go outside to smoke he's not worth a second date. If my
first date left me alone in a restaurant to go outside to smoke I
wouldn't be there when he got back.
