Look- You can't be around something you hate. Hate is a feeling that was
designed to help you.
Get in touch with your feelings. It will help you to be healthy and happy.

I respectfully disagree. Hate is a destructive emotion. It's not
healthy and won't help you be happy. Get in touch with your feelings
but dump hate. It will only hurt.

Been there. Done that. Still don't want the t-shirt.
