You *can* get through!! You've proven yourself for the last month and
you can keep going on. I don't give advice but here it is anyway.
Yesterday you said that you went outside at your break time to be with
your smoking friends. You are so vulnerable today that I don't think
that would be such a good idea.
About arrogant people - sometimes they can turn out to be very nice. I
learned this lesson the hard way.
Be strong, be committed and be a stubborn bear.
