Thanks for all your warm words of welcome.

I'm feeling pretty good at the moment. Nearly 30 hours now and I still feel okay. It's getting towards the end of the first smokeless day in the office, and it's gone fine really. I've gone out for a smoke every now and again, but without actually smoking, and I think that's worked fine. I'm sure I miss going out for a chat and getting away from the screen for a few minutes more than the smoking itself.

Got the day off work tomorrow because we're in the process of moving house and the estate agent is coming round tomorrow to photograph etc. etc. It'll be interesting to see how it is tomorrow when I'm just round the house.
