Just a thought that crossed my mind.  I remember when I first quit, I
had to be busy at all times, doing something.  Cleaning, walking,
pacing, re-arranging, writing, taking pictures, computing, etc. etc.

Although I am always a bit like that (don't enjoy just sitting around
without doing something), I find that being quiet and still doesn't
bother me as much as it did at the beginning of my quit.  I am now
able to relax and ENJOY it and not feel antsy.  I couldn't do that a
year ago.

I think I am becoming more comfortable and feel more like a non-smoker
than an ex-smoker.  Oh...I know I'm an ex-smoker...but, I guess what
I'm tryiing to say is...I feel more at peace with it.
And...that...feels good.

Ten months, two weeks, five days, 5 hours, 41 minutes and 11 seconds.
6484 cigarettes not smoked, saving $1,945.42. Life saved: 3 weeks, 1
day, 12 hours, 20 minutes.

That makes total sense. I had a wonderful day today. Didn't need a
cigarette. Didn't want a cigarette.
