Hallelujah, brother!!!
today we all have the
opportunity to debunk one of the greatest myths of smoking, NRT.
SUBSTITUTES by Allen Carr (Easyway)
snip
That's all well and good, but; On my most recent and finally succesful
quit I went cold turkey with Zyban. I had finally come to understand I
had to change the way I thought about smoking, change
myself ,really.Part of what helped me do this was Allen Carr's book,
and I think you'll see I even praised him in some of my early posts.
One week in I had a panic/ axiety attack, and I popped a nicorette and
made it through without smoking.
And you're probably going to go to hell because of it. Tsk tsk.
I am absolutely sure if I didn't have
the NRT I would have caved and blown the quit. I used it a handfull of
times in the first 2-3 weeks, and was done with it.
Did you go to Father Allen and confess your sin?
If I had blindly
tried to follow/ obey EVERYTHING Carr said I would have failed.
Different things work for different people, that should be self
evident.
