Incorrect. Depression is not a side affect of withdrawal, this is a
misconception you should avoid spreading as it has the potential to
cause fear and anxiety.
I must respectfully disagree with you on this. i have quit smoking
before,and I can tell ya that depression does occur in some folks. It sure
did with me. Oh it wasnt to the point of being suicidal or anything,but it
was real. Im thinking that is more likelty to happen in people who are
already prone to depression,such as myself.I will eventuallly quit again,and
since im on meds this time,hopefully it will help keep the depression form
getting out of hand.I hope so.
