I gotta get to my doctors office. I called and in crisis,so she is fitting me in. I will post again afterward to go into detail about the lesson I ahd to learn from this quit. Suffice it to say,smoking solved nothing but rather left me feeling empty. No sence of relief from the smoking at all. None.So Im quitting them sicne they do nothing for me.
