it is around 11 pm where you are at so you may be in bed by now . Just want
to say congrats and well done on getting thur all that without smoking.Im
glad the store was closed so you couldnt do something you would regret. Hope

Well today I've had a mega lazy day, didnt get my ass out of bed until 5pm
but then I didnt go to bed until 4.30am. I don't plan to have another
night like that and I would like to see tommorow. I didnt actually do much
last night to keep me awake all night other than play keno on pogo and
chat to people on msn, other than that pretty boring really. Anyway got up
at 5pm and had something to eat and played a few games of pogo and watched
TV. Then at 8pm I went down to the chip shop to get some chips, pickled
gerkin and some coke and came back to watch casulty. Casulty really
touched me tonight because I could feel the pain that young nurse felt
before she hung herself but unlike her I don't have that sort of bottle to
take my own life and besides I want to try and sort my life out and be
happy. Anyway ended up in *** loads of tears just letting my bottled up
emotions up and yeah I feel a little better but I also know I've got to
work at changing my life. I then started having big time cravings and
thought ok what the hell lets go to the shop and buy a pack of 10 but then
I looked at the clock and it had gone 9pm which meant the shop was shut
lol, that was the best thing that happned to me today. It hasnt helped
that I havent worn a patch today so the cravings are probably more
powerful. I'm glad I didnt smoke though.
