Hello everyone,

This is the first time ever being in a support group and well as the
first time quitting.  I've smoked for about 10 years and decided it
was time to stop detrimenting my body.

I'm not sure what most of the symptoms are, but I'm going cold turkey.
Is it normal to feel somewhat sad, a little empty inside??  It just
feels the day isn't as bright or as exciting without the smoke.

Thanks for listening!

Wow, if you already made it thru 3 days, you're on your way.
4th day was a milestone for me too.
Don't give up now.
Nicotine is a powerful drug.
10 years of using it regularly and it will take your body and mind a
while to adjust.
Welcome to AS3.
