Three Quit attitudes

#1. Wannabe. What's wrong with that? NOTHING. Get a plan and work your plan.
You are headed to Quit status. You see the blessing of a smoke-free life and
you are going for it. It might take you a while to get there. I was a
wannabe many times before this quit stuck and for five years after. I didn't
just want to quit smoking, I wanted to be free.

#2. Hero. You know you can do it. Whatever it takes, you will not smoke. You
are quit for you and that's enough. This could be one of the most difficult
things you have ever done, but you know it has to be done and you are the
only one that can do it.

#3. Loser. You've been whipped, whooped and walloped. You're scared and your
nicodemon is laughing at you. Maybe you'd just like to smoke another few
years to figure it all out. The trouble is that whenever you get a little
courage you do something stupid. Smoking is the answer.

It's a Filthy, Stinking, Dangerous, Expensive, Addiction.

Don't ever forget why you quit.
