Oh My God Help Me!
After nearly 3 full years being nicotine free, I actually had the insane
thought that it would be okay to smoke... just for the ride.
Thankfully, gratefully, humbly.... the junkie thinking posts that I read so
diligently when I first started came to my rescue very quickly.
Quitting is a lifelong process for me... Diligence in remembering that I am
an addict, vigilance in remembering that I am stronger than the addiction.
