Well, Kumar, quitting *IS* a process not a one time deal and you do
have to quit each and every day. All of us here are choosing to NOT
smoke today and then going on about our day. Are you using any sort
of NRT? You might want to look though the FAQs at www.quitbuddies.org/FAQTOC.html
and see if any of them make sense to you and are available and give
them a try. Going cold turkey is the hardest way of getting smober
although it's the fastest.
