NicoDemon Free for Six days, 16 hours, 34 minutes and 29 seconds. Didn't smoke 194 cigarettes so far, saving $32.98 for motorcycle or puter parts. Extended my life expectancy at least: 16 hours, 10 minutes. I put my last one out on Nov 11th 2007 @ 10:03 PM and will not cheat a single smoke.

I can get on the A3S group from work !! Not that being at work on a
beautiful 80 deg Saturday is all that fun, but being able to read and
post from here is a big plus !!

I have a much easier time refraining from the urges while at work,
since they disallowed smoking on the entire facility in Jan this year.
That is partly my reason for stopping, it has just gotten to be so
much hassle to light up. But the MAIN reason is for my health. # 2
reason is financial. There are 100's more reasons to stop, but won't
bore everyone here with them all ;-)

I am a noobie here, heading into my 6th day. I have posted already
from home (Steve...first post was titled GAS) and am accessing the
group now from Google. Had no earthly idea that Google would be a
possible way to get here. Too Cool !!!

OK, will close now with THANK EVERYONE here, it has helped me and will
continue to help. That and prayer.
