Day 3

Three days now!!! I feel great. The day before yesterday I almost
had "Just One" (yes, the first day of my quit). I was talking to my
wife (she was smoking) and Ohhhhhhh the urge hit me. I told her I had
to go inside (to her credit, she was very cool about it). I went
inside, turned on the TV and started doing some stretching...yoga type
stuff. It really worked. Last night I did the same thing, and it
really ended any craving. So....If it works for me, it may work for
someone else too. Just some light exercise, flex the muscles so they
get a little tired and then spend some time stretching. I know it
sounds a little silly, but last night I actually felt like a non-
smoker. I'm not an expert in physiology, but it seems that some
exercise and a good stretching session really relieves the usage to
smoke. Even an hour or two later I was fine. I'm not trying to
preachy, but if you are having a tuff time tonight, give it a try. I
know I will. Good Luck.
