Well done, Rob! You did very well. I quit just after you, and I can
recognize so many things you write.

I did slip some weeks ago, and although I was able to stop right there
and get back to my quit, it did not make it easier -- au contraire; it
was like being back to day three! I think I'm sort of over it, and
firmly back to my quit now.

ODAT is absolutely what makes this work for me as well. I have also
some quite frightening thoughts about "this is forever. The rest of my
life". And as you say, it's just too much to think about.

Stay strong. Don't smoke. And give yourself a nice reward. I know I'm
contemplating mine. :-)
