I've been busy busy busy...yesterday, I raked the whole lawn and
cleaned out flower beds around the house. I raked from 9:00a.m. until
3:30p.m. I got it done. 11 bags of leaves later! My hands are all
puffed up and I can hardly open and close them. My back and arms and
hands hurt so bad today, I can hardly move. I'm going to crack open
my bottle of Alleve right now!

I loved raking yesterday. It was hard work, but, it was probably our
last warm weather day of the year. Temps were up in the mid-60's.
Simply a gorgeous fall day. I didn't want to miss any of it by being
in the house. I didn't miss a thing. Fresh air all day long. Good
hard work! I slept better last night than I have in a long time.
Physical work makes for good sleep!

Anyways...no smoking for me. The only breaks I got yesterday were
coffee breaks! Nice not to have to stop and smoke!

Here are my stats:

Two months, two weeks, six days, 23 hours, 15 minutes and 21 seconds.
1639 cigarettes not smoked, saving $491.81. Life saved: 5 days, 16
hours, 35 minutes.


To all of the new smokers out there. It gets so much easier. It gets
better :) I'm living proof!
