Rob, you have it right. Each day is another day to say NOOOO to
smoking and that is all it is. When you look at being smober
'forever' that is way tooo long a time to consider, especially when
you are just quitting. But a day? Yeah, that is do-able. The real
kick with this is that you get to make the choice for smobriety each
day and pat yourself on the back for making the good choice.
