Congradulations on one week done. You should be over your physical
craving, but now comes dealing with everything else. Just remember
your no longer a smoker. You can do this.

Hi All~
Made it through the first week, but the past 2 days were a little harder.
Same old story- the better I start to feel, the more I forget how crappy I
felt before I stopped. I've been through this before and am not fooled by
it, but it's still annoying.
Am using Zyban this time and am not sure if I like it. It does seem to have
helped me with getting started & through the first week, but I'm a little
concerned about it's effect on my personality. I don't feel like myself. I
almost feel a bit stoned, and not in a good way. Don't know if I can stand
to feel like this for 3 whole months.
I think I'll take it one week at a time- stay on it for another week or so,
then reevaluate. I'd like to hear from others how long y'all used it & if
you felt a bit "off" while taking it. And what is up with it's effect on my
sense of humor? It is just plain gone. I can still laugh at funny things
that I see or hear, but can't seem to generate any humor on my own.
I really don't think it's healthy for happy people to take antidepressants.
